Painfully shy as  a child and young adult, I lacked the confidence to speak to family, friends, co-workers and employers.  I believed I wasn't good enough, smart enough or likable.  

I learned to overcome this obstacle to be able to work with and for successful athletes, celebrities, business owners and individuals.  

I have over twenty-five years of experience in corporate accounting and management as controller and chief financial officer of multi-million dollar corporations in the construction industry.  I also co-founded and co-owned a residential roofing company.   

A successful woman in a male dominated industry.  I have observed and experienced the rise and fall individuals and organizations.  It is with this experience that I developed the Astonishment Growth Program and I am able to guide individuals and organizations as they become their best selves.

 I am a student of Tony Robbins and Chloe Mandanes.  I have spent hundreds of hours training and learning what it is to be a coach.   It is with this training I was able to fine tune my Astonishing Growth Program that I use in my coaching, consulting and speaking.
